Pilot Training Workshop: IFR: Holding, lost comms, TEC routes

With all the phases of flight fully described, we close out with the IFR series with Holding, Lost Communications and the heavily used preferred routes around Socal, the TEC routes.

Note: We ran out of time and will cover TEC routes in the next workshop
