Pilot Training Workshop: Instrument approaches (part 2)

After a skipping a week due to vacation, it’s time to get back into it! We’ll be covering the following:

• review of the minimums on the ILS 19R into John Wayne (SNA)
• how the approach would be flown with vectors to final and how to predict how the vector is going to look and what ATC will say
• flying the LOC RWY 19 at SNA and how it differs from the ILS.
